For our project, there will be due dates for me to present concepts to you and there will be due dates for you to give me feedback on those concepts. I always allow 3-7 days for you to give your feedback via HoneyBook or until we are able to schedule a call to go over things together.
If I’m expecting something from you (feedback, copy, materials, etc.) and I don’t hear anything from you within 7 days of your due date, a $25 late fee will be added to your final invoice to account for project rescheduling. I try to avoid doing this as much as possible, but sometimes it is necessary to keep things moving. If there is an emergency that prevents you from honoring a due date, please try to let me know ahead of time so that I can make an exception.
What if there are delays or I’m late giving feedback?
Unless otherwise specified, most projects include two collateral designs of your choice! Should you need additional collateral designed, please refer to the “Add-On Collateral” menu on page 12 from the PDF Proposal Format that we send you.
Does my project include additional collateral (packaging, pdf design, etc.)?
I like to offer 3-month payment plans to make this investment more doable for you as the client. The project itself will remain on an 8-12 week timeline. The last couple payments will most likely be made after the final brand delivery.
Does a 3-month payment plan mean my project will take 3 months?
With every project, I allow 3 rounds of revisions on designs before we pick our final direction. If you want to add more revisions, there will be a $100 charge added to your final bill for each extra round.
